Vegetable burgers and carrot patties, eggplant rolls. We served our dried foods with various home made dips.
It was great to share tips and tricks of dehydrating. We brought our dehydrators and showed our guests two different models, so that they see for themselves what benefits and drawbacks different dehydrators have. At the workshop we also made batter for simple crackers from juice pulp, seeds and sprouted spelt. Everybody was really amazed how easy it is to make these crackers!
Everybody enjoyed the workshop and was inspired to get a dehydrator (if they didn't have one already) and start using it. And those who had dehydrators were determined to get them out and start using them.
