Mango Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is loaded with fresh, fruity goodness!
Mangoes are an excellent source of Vitamin-A and flavonoids like beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin. 
100 g of fresh fruit provides 765 IU or 25% of recommended daily levels of vitamin-A.  it is also loaded with Vitamin C and B6, other B-Vitamins and minerals.

​Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 ripe kiwi and berries for decoration
  • handful of chia seeds

Instructions

Blend mango, orange and lime juice in a blender, sprinkle the chia seeds on top, decorate with fresh-cut kiwis and berries. Serve and enjoy!:)
